REFUND POLICY: CONTACT US
1. NO REFUNDS FOR SERVICES RENDERED
Once a service has been rendered, including but not limited to IV hydration, Botox, micro-needling, weight loss management, or any other treatments, no refunds will be issued. We encourage you to review the details of the service or treatment prior to booking.
2. NO REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED
All products purchased at Eminence Wellness Clinic are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any skincare, supplements, or other retail items. Please make sure to inspect the products before purchase.
3. CONSULTATION FEES
Any consultation fees paid for services or treatments are also non-refundable, regardless of whether you decide to proceed with treatment after the consultation.
4. RESCHEDULING OR CANCELATIONS
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. A cancellation fee may apply if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less notice.
5. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
While we do not offer refunds, if you feel that you are not satisfied with the results of a treatment or service, please contact us immediately. We may offer a complimentary follow-up or discuss alternative options to ensure your satisfaction.
